This warranty applies only to products sold in New Zealand and is provided in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Warranty Coverage
Goodair warrants the Goodair Nosebuds will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in compliance with the GoodAir Nosebuds Safety, Warranty & TermsDocument, for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
What’s Covered
- Repair or replacement of defective parts at our discretion.
- Faults arising from normal use and proper maintenance.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear.
- Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Follow any instructions provided for returning the product or troubleshooting.
Repair or Replacement
If a fault is verified, we will repair or replace the GoodAir Nosebuds at no cost. If the same GoodAir Nosebuds product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable model or a refund.
Consumer Guarantees Act
This warranty operates in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. You may be entitled to a remedy if the product is not of acceptable quality or does not match its description or purpose.
