This product has worked for me. I've experienced a noticeable difference in my sinuses - much easier to breathe and less blocked up. My only complaint is the manufacturing quality. The first one I got, the charging case stopped working in a week. They sent a replacement, but after only a couple of months one side of it has stopped working. Maybe I just have bad luck! I'm waiting to hear back about the second issue but am confident they will resolve it satisfactorily. Since they broke my blocked sinuses have come back quickly... Has proven to me how effective they are!!
